I work with women — especially mums — who are spinning plates, juggling work, kids, and life, and still trying to find time to look after themselves.


Most of my clients are hardworking women with full-time jobs, busy homes, and barely a moment to themselves. But that hasn’t stopped them from carving out time to take care of the one thing that matters most — their body and their health.


And I get it — not just as a coach, but as a solo mum myself.


I’m raising a 4-year-old daughter while running my business and competing in bodybuilding shows. I’ve been doing this for the last 3 years — and trust me, I know how hard it is to stay consistent when life’s throwing everything at you.
